Your personalized program will help to improve your health and happiness. Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Two Sessions per Month
We will meet regularly to set personal goals and work towards positive change together. You will learn to explore new foods, understand and reduce cravings, increase energy, feel better in your body, and help discover what may be blocking you from reaching your goals.

Resources and Email Support
I will be available via email in between sessions throughout the month, share handouts, recipes and books as well as other resources that are pertinent to you.
